Val Di Sole Italy -  AARON GWIN and the rest of the Men's field looked to take the top spot and come out unscathed as the qualifying rounds claimed tons of victims.  Riders on Sunday survived the course and the drama was high as GREG MINAAR sat in the hot seat with only AARON GWIN left to tackle the course.  GWIN would not be denied as he crushed the field by almost 8 seconds. When asked about his run A.G. said "It was kind of weird I felt like I was on auto-pilot, but thats how the good runs are ..."  So the stage is set for Round 3 in Fort Williams as AARON GWIN and GREG MINAAR are tied in the standings with GEE ATHERTON chasing hard in 3rd place overall.


RACHEL ATHERTON took First place in the Womens division, as she looked to be back into dominant form, Round 1 winner TRACY HANNAH was way back of the pace finishing in 9th place, over a half a minute off the winning time. WOMENS TOP 20 RESULTS
