MTB STRENGTH TRAINING SYSTEMS: THE JOURNEY BEGINS![]() For the Month of July we wanted to really focus on making ourselves better riders. Some of you may have read my latest blog A TIME TO UPGRADE where we detailed all the things we would focus on improving. James Wilson is the premier Mountain Bike Specific Strength and Conditioning coach. He is featured regularly on www.PinkBike.com and in Decline Magazine where brings he specialized lessons alive via print and video. As a rider that doesn't always get as much time on the bike as I would like, and someone that could lose a few pounds, and gain some flexibility.... It seemed like a no-brainer. So with that out of the way we head to the formalitiesof our mission, We will begin training with James Wilsons MTB STS 12 WEEK DB COMBOS PROGRAM in July with a full review and recap coming in September. Seeing as how we have 3 months to get to our goal, I will semi-regularly update the blog with my thoughts on the training and any results as I see them happening.
