DirtBag Of The Month Complete Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DBOTM CONTEST.

2. EACH SUBMISSION WILL BE JUDGED BY THEDIRTYWHEEL PANEL AND THE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL.  THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TIMES YOU CAN ENTER.

3. GENERAL DISCLOSURE:  Odds of winning each month are based on the total number of eligible submissions received.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Each month the DBOTM resets and the period runs from the 1st day of each month, to the last day of same month end period.

5. ELIGIBILITY:  By submitting your original material to the TheDirtyWheel, you agree to accept and be bound by the Official Rules that lie here within.  Entrants under the age of 18 will have prize awarded to Parent or Legal Guardian

6. SUBMISSIONS:  Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM on the last day of the contest period ending month.  Entries received after the deadline will be disqualified.  By sending your submission to TheDirtyWheel, you give full license and rights to be used by TDW and acknowledge that you have legal rights of ownership to extend to TDW.

7. WINNERS SELECTION:  Winning entry/entries will be selected during the week following contest end, no later than the first Sunday of the new month.  An email notification will be sent to all winners, which will be given two weeks two respond to notification of prize winnings.  Any prize not awarded will be given to a new entrant determined worthy by TheDirtyWheel panel or the prize will be rolled over into the following months prize allotment.

8. LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES:  TheDirtyWheel is not responsible for any loss which may occur in connection with the contest.  Entrant agrees to hold TheDirtyWheel harmless from any liability arising from participation in DBOTM  contest or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in this contest.  TheDirtyWheel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable for any reason. TheDirtyWheel reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the contest and redemption of a prize.

9. PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION:  Each winner agrees to permit TheDirtyWheel to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other TDW materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
